"Punctuation for Court Reporters"
This course does not re-invent the wheel when it
comes to Punctuation. It discusses "gray areas" of
Punctuation that court reporters have to consider.
Normal punctuation rules are made for people who are
authoring documents. However, court reporters are
merely conduits who must put on paper that which
other persons utter, usually on an ad hoc or
extemporaneous basis, resulting in imperfect speech.
This course considers those troublesome punctuation
situations.
